Total Chaos: Visible Image

Hello again…

Today’s make uses the Total Chaos stamps from Visible Image but I’ve omitted the large central flower and concentrated on the other smaller stamps in the set.

As fabulous as the huge flower is (and it really is!!) the other stamps in the set are just as fabulous on their own too.

I began by filling a 7×7″ section of watercolour card with Distress Oxide ink pads in blues, and then ripped some scrap paper to create a mask for the grass.  For extra texture, I used the polka dots from the Two Tone stencil and used the same greens on those.

The dinky florals and leaves have been heat embossed onto watercolour card, coloured using watercolours and then fussy-cut out.

Before securing everything in place, I’ve measured where the small yellow flower was going and then heat embossed the scribble using gold powder so that it sat underneath.

I also heat embossed the sentiment on at this point using WOW!’s Opaque Bright White powder and then heat embossed the ‘TY’ at the end using a green powder and coloured using watercolours.

It was simply a case of layering the florals up using foam tape and dots.  As you can see. I’ve used good ol’ Glossy Accents on some parts of the flower to highlight certain parts and a give bit of shine!

A really magnificent stamp set that I absolutely adore.  You can find lots of inspiration over not he Visible Image Facebook page and of course on Instagram (*top tip* search out the #visibleimage tag for more makes!)

See you next time, H xx
