2020 Vision: Visible Image

Well hello everyone…

Heather here (obvs) and I’m back today to share another of my Visible Image makes and like the last Revolution card, you may have seen this one of the Facebook Live Helen and Mark did a couple of weeks ago.

This is another of the February releases and as I’m sure you’ll know, it’s the ‘big’ brother/sister of See Everything that we all went potty about when it was released… and I know this set has been so popular since it’s release.

I began by heat embossing the full stamp onto watercolour card using WOW!’s Ebony Superfine powder and then it was super relaxing to colour it all in!  I used watercolours and Distress Spray Stains mainly but you could use anything and everything.

I wanted the card to be vibrant and colourful so began by graduating the small circles from orange at the top through to pink/red at the bottom and it is so satisfying to do!  When I got to the figures at the bottom, I used Pebo Drawing Gum to mask them off while I painted around them as I’m not that delicate at painting!  The gum comes off so easily unlike other makes I’ve used in the past.

The eye is beautifully drawn by Mark and is just superb to have it in a larger size now (thanks Mark!)

When the watercoloring had dried, I added some sparkle using Tonic’s Nuvo Aqua Shimmer pens in Midas Touch and Glitter Gloss before adding Glossy accents over the entire project.

After matting it onto black card, I added it a card blank and et voila as they say!

Don’t forget to catch up on all the Visible Image news over on their Facebook page and please, do upload any projects you make as it’s all fabulous inspiration for everyone!  And if you’re on Instagram, check out the #visibleimage tag as there is some amazing projects floating on through!

Until next time… thanks for reading! H xx
